The videos/photos contained in this video were taken between May 2022-April 2023. Launches left off video: - Hickory Street Bridge, Warren PA I've seen this non-established launch mentioned in a few spots online. Did a paddle trip from Kinzua Dam to Tiduote in May 2022, I paddled the river thru Warren and could not see this launch along the river. - Justus Park Access, Oil City There is a non-motorized launch located under the Veterans Memorial Bridge in Justus Park in Oil City. There are 2 parking spots next to the ramp for "Trail use". There is a brick block restroom next to the parking lot. The launch is right next to the rapids. This access is listed on the Allegheny River maps that can be found online. I never personally used this access so I didn't include it in the video. - Outback Adventures, Tionesta You have to use this outfitter to use this launch. We used this outfitter on a paddle trip August 2021, we left our car at their premise and then they shuttled our paddleboards and equipment up to Starbrick Launch for an overnight trip. - Kennerdale Launch (Private Launch) This launch is listed on the Middle Allegheny River Trail Lower Section map as a "Boat Launch for Fee". I've never used this launch and couldn't find enough information about it online so I didn't put this launch in the video. To the best of our knowledge it is currently a private launch. - West Monterey Launch I have never used or seen this launch. When I was taking video of the Foxburg Launch a local mentioned the West Monterey Launch that is located in between Parker and East Brady, 4 river miles down from Parker. The local said it was a great spot, but there's a lot of back roads to it, he did say all the back roads are paved though. Let me know in the comments if you have any additional information on launches. The launches designated as PA Fish & Boat Commission require a Launch Permit, permits cost $22 and last for 2 years.
