I bought a Picanto Morning 2016 from Autowini based on an inspection report verifying that the car has a good (not damaged) structure which cost me extra $50, their report confirmed that the car is not damaged, when I got the cae, I did an inspection and found it damaged, I made a claim supported with this vedio and documnets that confirm the damage, the technical and sales staff confirmed that they did a mistake on their inspection report and the employee who inspected this car had been terminated due to many mistakes for many customers and admitted the problem and agreed with me to pay $550 as a compensation, I accepted their offer although my losses were more. after that, they returned back to me and told me that their general manager didn't approve the compenation. this is to prove that this company is not trustable and profficinal at all.
