But since I started making baked lauki ke kofte, I make this recipe "Lauki Kofta Curry" quite often now. I am happy and so is my husband, Jatin. I thought that the taste will not be the same and Jatin will not like the baked version of Lauki kofta curry but he couldn't find the difference and he just loved it a lot. Bingo! You should also give baking a try. It is not that difficult. It is easy and much much healthier and apart from that, you don't need to re-use the same oil again and again. I personally don't like to use the oil in which I fried once. But obviously, we can't throw that away too.
