Now cook mouth-watering delicacies every week at your home with our MasterChef -Tushar Kapadia Show Head : Aneri Savla Technical Supervision: Devang Desai Creative & QC : Neha Sejpal Graphics: Vasant Bhamare Editor: Maulik Joshi Post Production Studio: Shemaroo Studio Recipe of Ringna No Odo: Ingredients Eggplant - 1 Sping onion/ Onion 1 Bunch Tomato – 3 Green Garlic/ Dry Garlic – 1 Bunch Oil – 2 tbsp Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Jeera – ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli – 1 tsp Garam Masala – ½ tsp Salt according to taste Sugar – 2 pinch Method: 1.Firstly, brush Eggplant with Oil. After coating Eggplant with Oil, slit it around 4-5 places. 2.Now stuff garlic in the slits. 3.Now roast it on the big burner on medium flame. It will take approximately 8-10mins. Keep turning the eggplant so that its get cooked from all the sides. 4.Now take the chopping board, place the eggplant on it and peel it properly. Then chop it finely. 5.Then take a pan and add 2 tbps oil in it. Now we will add ½ tsp cumin seeds. Then add chopped white part of spring onions. Saute it for 2 mins. 6.Add finely chopped green garlic and let it saute for 2-3mins. Then add chopped tomatoes and cover it with lid and cook it for 2-3mins. 7.Now we add ½ tsp turmeric powder and red chilli powder as per taste. Then add ½ tsp Garam Masala and mix it well. 8.Then add green part of spring onion. Then add salt as per taste. Then add the roasted chopped eggplant and pinch of sugar and mix it well. Now cover and cook it for 4-5mins. 9. Server it with hot Roti or Bajra ka roti.
