My TV in the video in a 59 inch Samsung plasma TV and the red light blinks twice and it try's to turn on and you hear a clicking from the back of the TV. The problem is small compoints on the power supply board are burnt and defective, I tired soldering new ones back in but I'm not the best solder guy so I failed but a new power supply fixed the issue and now my TV works:)
