A driver's eye view of the Volks Electric Railway, Brighton. Thank you so much to the driver who let me get in the cab. At 4:50, a man crossed the tracks without looking and was nearly hit by the train. I know that he was fine, but he was lucky. There’s a reason that the signs say stop, look and listen, and if the train had been going much faster he might not have been so lucky. I know most people watching know all this, but do be careful. Crossing the line without looking has killed.
