صور هذا التقرير في حي الإنشاءات في حمص سوريا (يوجد لقطتين من حي الملعب) وهو مثال على ما تبقى من أحياء آمنة نسبيا في حمص نال الحي حصته من الدمار خلال شهر شباط/فبراير 2012 وأقيم في شهر آذار/مارس جدار يفصله عن حي بابا عمرو يظهر التقريرالدمار في البنية التحتية والمدارس والممتلكات الخاصة وتراكم القمامة في بعض أجزاء الحي إضافة لتطويق الحي بالعديد من حواجز النظام كما يظهر انتشار الأسواق البديلة والبسطات في الحي للاستعاضة عن الأسواق المركزية المغلقة منذ بداية 2012 كما يظهر أزمة الغاز واصطفاف المواطنين للحصول على أنبوبة الغاز This report was filmed in the Insha'at neighborhood, one of only a few safe areas in Homs, Syria. This area is under Syrian regime control. Some of it, including buildings, cars, schools, and roads, was destroyed during the February military campaign on the nearby Baba Amer district. There was also some graffiti (both pro- and anti-regime slogans) left on the walls. In March 2012, Assad forces built a wall that surrounded Baba Amer and separated it from Insha'at. Now army checkpoints are all over the area, making residents' lives even more difficult. For example, they are struggling to obtain gas to cook with. Finally, due to central market closure since the beginning of 2012, there are now new small alternative markets operating in the area
