FOIE GRAS DE TANA (COIN DU FOIE GRAS): Foie Gras ADDRESS: BA 59 Behenjy RN7 Madagascar, Antananarivo 101, Madagascar OPEN: 6AM - 9PM 🦆30 miles outside of Antananarivo is a locally owned and operated restaurant specializing in Malagasy foie gras. The chef slices the duck liver into smaller pieces, season with salt and pepper and saute in oil until it turns a golden brown. Plate, garnish and eat! 💸PRICE: 2 duck livers 12 USD/45,000 MGA ---- 2. FAMILY HOME: Goose ADDRESS: Ambatolampy 🇲🇬 Two hours outside of the capital city Antananarivo lies a small Malagasy village, Ambatolampy. We spent the day with a local family, who live in clay houses they built, on a rice farm which provides food for the family. Any additional rice they have, they sell to make a living. The family of 25 invited us to join them for a family feast of goose. One goose feeds the entire family, and we were fortunate enough to be able to experience this family meal. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 💬COME SAY HI: INSTAGRAM » http://bit.ly/BestEverInstagram (@besteverfoodreviewshow) FACEBOOK » http://bit.ly/BEFRSFacebook 💗SUPPORT OUR MISSION: Patreon is a platform that allows people to support creators on a recurring basis. I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. People either enjoyed my undeniable charm or enjoyed watching me eat things like coconut worms, and thus Best Ever Food Review Show came to be. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer. If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I'm a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture. Don’t forget to subscribe to Best Ever Food Review Show, so we can connect through food and travel and become Bestys! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 🎬CREDITS: DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY » Bret Hamilton CAMERA OPERATOR » Nguyễn Tân Khải VIDEO EDITOR » Lê Anh Đỗ COLOR & MASTER » Quí Nguyễn PRODUCER » Liz Peterson
