You can find a link in the description above that will take you our text tutorial on how to get Forge for Minecraft on Mac. Once you are there, scroll down and click the ‘Download Forge’ button to be taken to the Forge MacOS download page. On this page, select the version of Minecraft you want. The click ‘Download Installer’. You will then be taken to AdFocus where you want to click ‘Skip Ad’ in the top right after about 10 seconds. Then, you may need to keep, save, or allow the download depending on your browser. With Forge for MacOS downloaded, it is worth noting that you may need to get Java 17 as this is required in order to play Minecraft mods on your Mac. To do this, open up Minecraft with Forge by clicking the arrow next to the Play button, selecting Forge, clicking Play, and clicking Play again.
