Book of Abraham! – Evidences

Although we don’t have a clear understanding on how Joseph Smith “translated” the Book of Abraham (see the companion video to this: “Book of Abraham - Assumptions Matter”), this evidences video focuses on a number of items that Joseph Smith would not have known when he produced the record. This isn’t trying to prove that Joseph Smith knew how to translate Egyptian, but rather it is providing some additional evidence of “divine fingerprints” in this work. While everything in the video is backed by the work of different Latter-day Saint Egyptologists, several of the items have different interpretations by other experts; however, they are still plausible. When all the evidences in this video are viewed collectively, along with the expanded evidences presented by Pearl of Great Price Central, the case is quite compelling.
