Every coach has a coaching philosophy....it's just that sometimes you need to dig a little to find it. A simple way of doing this is called the FIVE WHYS. Ask yourself... Why do I coach? You'll most likely say something like "Because I love it". Then challenge your first answer - or better yet - ask a trusted but honest friend to challenge it - "So why do you love it?"
