I found this cigarette pack this morning. The inside is lined with the same type of foil paper that is used to make the CLASSIC gum wrapper and battery ignition. When I got home, I practiced the technique about 4 times. The first try was with a battery so fresh that it just popped the foil in two at the short and very narrow pinch point. The next try I made the short pinch point wider and got a very short lived flame. The third try, I made a longer pinch point of the same width and got a couple of seconds of usable flames. The fourth try I made a long and wide pinch point that only darkened. It never even got hot enough to make an ignition. Come see my fifth try.
