Ice Buster seems more threatening than it is because it actually does not have a hitbox. Only its projectiles do. With that said, you can jump around the ice waves pretty easily, they can climb down surfaces, but not to higher ones. Past that, stay close, then mid-distance, and then far again until the end and you're good. If you don't have the damage output necessary to kill him where I do there's a long stretch where you can't deal damage. You can actually deal even more damage by playing it riskier but I thought it more important to just finish a Perfect Run for myself. This is not the record.
