Welcome to Throwback Thursday! This video was originally posted to my YouTube channel in November of 2019, about 15 months into creating this channel. Awhile back I took down several of the videos from my early days on YouTube. Nearly 60 of them... really, what was I thinking?! And although some of them are truly cringe-worthy. For example, the number of times I say "you know" is ridiculous 🤦‍♀️. Yet, I believe these early videos still have some value, in terms of the content and support they may offer to those who are struggling. So I've added some editing to the original footage and I am reposting these oldie but goodie (although this is clearly debatable 😉) every Thursday. In this video, I share with you information on Al Anon, a 12-Step recovery program for family members, friends and loved ones of individuals who are struggling with alcoholism.
