He has three faces with different forms of attaches in each phase. I managed to get an astronaught artifact as well as a resserection in the case I failed my first fight (spoiler, I did!) I realize the assault rifle is the best weapon to fight Phrike and I just need to maximize my proficiency, adrenaline and health before fighting Phrike and avoid taking damage from other battles.
