If you have taken large coconut, add 300ml water to grind for thick juice and 150ml for thin juice. Do not use excess water as it will splash a lot and makes it difficult to stir 2. If you have taken completely dry coconuts, than do not add more ghee just 1 tbsp is enough just to bring nice shine on it as the coconut releases its own oil. 3. Allow to reduce the thin juice to half only than add the thick juice and flour. This also prevents from splashing.
