Novo's new 'core' line-up is the Nucleus series, and we have received some of the first copies! This included this Solus F2. A real rock-n-roll machine, with lived-in looks and a Bull Black finish. New for the Solus model is the German Carve body. This not only benefits the appearance, but also the easy playing feeling. Novo has also added a new pickguard design and rear-mounted controls. This makes the volume and tone potentiometers easy to reach via the rear of the body. With its Fralin single coil bridge pickup and Fralin P90 in the neck position, this Novo has a rich arsenal of sounds; the guitar switches just as easily between dirty rock-n-roll rhythm parts and creamy solos, and in the middle position offers every sound in between.
