Happy new year! "Ultra mode" is a patch that doubles the amount of bullets fired by enemies. "Lunatic" is the highest difficulty of the game. Combining these two makes the game a complete nightmare; with EoSD's random bullet patterns and other sweet stuff the game can get nigh impossible when the pew-pew count is doubled. The patch also gives you autobombs - I'm actually not this handy with them.
