What a beautiful Sunday it has been! I hope you’ve all been enjoying the rays! This what I eat in a day video is based on an ‘SP' day on Slimming World. I really enjoyed filming last weeks video so I wanted to do another, adapted to the SP plan. SP can be really confusing to get your head around at first but I hope this video helps if you are in need of some ideas or inspiration while on plan.
