Ocwen is one of the leading mortgage companies in the US. Being said so, integrity should be the main value that its employees have. However, a recent controversial video has been spreading that involves one of Manila's managers, Antonio Aquino. On the said video, Antonio or Tony to his colleagues, was having a moment with one of her staff, Jobelle Alingod. They were caught in the cctv doing "somewhat malicios act" under the desk. It was a bit off since there are sleeping areas dedicated for employees and facilities department is the one in charge of it. The said incident was raised by an anonymous personnel but how did the human resources department of Manila handled it? Tony was only given a 3 day suspension for such disgraceful act that can taint the companies image not only locally but internationally. Was it because Tony and HR Senior Manager Ellaine Donato are closed friends? Shouldn't be it treated as a terminable offense since the company premises was used for such act and considering the fact that Tony is very much married and should be the one implementing the rules. Manila management was aware of this incident but did nothing to protect the company's image, instead they protected the culprit. What a sad reality.
