Delft is one of my favourite cities in the Netherlands, after Leiden of course😉 When visiting the city, you should definitely visit the Vermeer Centrum and Royal Delft Museum! Johannes Vermeer is a famous Dutch painter who lived in Delft. You might have seen or heard about his famous painting, the Girl with Pearl Earring. You can visit the museum called "Vermeer Centrum", which is located in the city centre. If you have a museum card, you will get a small discount on the entrance fee. Royal Delft Museum is the factory museum for Delft Blue, where you can experience the almost 400-year-old factory, its production, and the craft. Located slightly outside of the centre, you can visit the museum and will the complete history of Delftware, but also how it is still made to this very day. Make sure to check out their patio!
