Cut off 2 equal pieces of twine and knot the end of each piece. Thread the pieces of twine through the top holes and make a small knot at the end of each piece to look like a hand. Cut off 2 longer pieces of twine, knot each piece at one end, and thread the lines through the bottom holes for legs. Cut a hole in the center of the first bottle cap, thread one of the leg twine pieces through the hole, and tie a knot at the end so the bottle cap can't fall off. Repeat with the other bottle cap and twine leg. Make a head and tail for the fox with the black felt and orange, white, and black paper, and stick it to the toilet paper roll. Thread some fishing line through the hole in each bottle cap and attach the lines to the wooden rods. Attach the wooden rods together to form a cross.
