This song represents a slice of life right here. We used to have Twilight Zone marathons. We were binging before binging was a thing. Tivo was big back then too. So many memories flood in from a song like this. I can see myself in the kitchen. Not in the fridge, but at the counter making tea in our old house in East Bremerton. I did it maybe one time, and I remember it. That house still holds so many stories of the good times and the struggles. But this song captures some of that innocence and exciting time in our lives.
