In this episode we crash our kids' desert trip and head out to the California desert with two of our three kids, our grandchildren, and another wonderful family who are friends with our oldest son's family. We spend a week in the Superstition Mountains, just over an hour east of San Diego. We get to watch our kids and our grandkids tear it up on their quads and dirt bikes, we tiptoe across an old railroad trestle, and have some good, all around fun and family time. Bubba teaches our youngest two grandchildren how to ride their dirt bikes, and takes a clownish spin on one of them himself! After a week of great fun boondocking in the beautiful California desert, we say goodbye, which is always the hardest part of RVing.
