I showed two very different Saddles in the Video because because it's not just Sit-Bones or Belt Size that is a Saddle Consideration but Riding Style and type of Bike; https://sqlab-usa.com/pages/saddle-er... The white Gravel Bike has a 30° raised Stem position where the Blue BH Road Bike is flatter, has more Drop and a longer Reach. A somewhat wider Saddle tends to add comfort for a more vertical Riding position. The Selle SMP Hybrid has a wider Horn than I would like. I'm seriously considering purchasing a SMP Glider. In the short-term I could put the SMP Stratos but I'd rather not. The issue is it's tearing-up the thighs of my Riding Bibbs but it can wait till after vacation. Both men and women are sensitive about their Hips. There are several factors including Age which affects the widening of the pelvic bone. ABC News published a reasonable story. The data on the effects of a person's weight and hips is a bit sketchy but there's a correlation. Women face different factors than men such as postmenopausal calcium loss. Women's bones are proportionately smaller to begin with, losing density can lead to Hip and other Fractures. I haven't discussed Calcium yet but "Dairy" will be informative. Regardless of calcium intake we know that good muscle tone helps control unwanted pelvic spread at least in our minds. There's nothing for aging but a positive outlook. I have noticed Straight Leg Jeans do fit me better nevertheless. I couldn't have said that three years ago. There's no substitute for regular Cycling. I often say "Cycling is 90% mental" but I never appreciated the mental benefits however when I mention passing another Bike maybe that's one of them.
