Set aside. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Cut in Ghee. Combine coconut milk & apple cider vinegar Add to dry ingredients Cover & let rest 10 minutes for coconut flour to absorb the liquid. Fold dough into egg whites. Follow waffle iron instructions. I used 1c batter for each batch cooking 4-10 minutes depending how dark you want them. I oiled the waffle iron with coconut oil between batches Cool on wire rack. Freeze & reheat in toaster.
