We are visiting Cantina Boscarelli in Montepulciano, one of the first Vino Nobile producers in Tuskany. Starting with the harvest you can follow all the steps of the production of the regional wine. The story of Cantina Boscarelli began in 1962 with founder Egidio Corradi. Today the winery is leaded by Luca and Nicolò De Ferrari, the third generation of the family. The 22 hectares of vineyards have an average density of 6,000 to 7,000 plants per hectare. Each plant produces about 1 kg of grapes. Based on the age of the grapes and their selection, the winery produces about 100,000 bottles of wine with different typologies.
