This agility circuit is a great activity to encourage players to practice essential netball footwork. Players lead with their outside foot over cones and quick dodge movements, Set cones up as per video. Players lead with outside foot laterally left, dodge through the cones then lead with outside foot laterally right. 1. Go through the circuit 3-5 times. 2. Add a ball. Thrower gives 3 surprise passes. 3. Add a defence. Encourage players to outside pivot into the grid. Then attack vs defence for 3 passes.
