💥 45 Min Upper Body Workout at Home With Dumbbells | Tri Sets | Strong 37

Welcome to Day 37 of the Strong Program, it is going to be a sweaty UPPER BODY TRI SETS workout! This intense upper body session will challenge our upper body muscles back-to-back-to-back! This will be a truly challenging workout due to its setup, where we focus on the same group of muscles for each tri set! Remember to go slow & control each movement & take a break whenever you need one! We will tone & strengthen our upper body with this fire no repeat 45 minute upper body workout that you can do from home with dumbbells! We will be training every muscle in our upper body with this dumbbells only home workout: arms (biceps & triceps), shoulders, chest, rear delts, back, - and of course our abs. For this home upper body workout, I will be using the following dumbbells (➡️ all linked for you below): 2 x 10 lbs [4.5 kg] 2 x 15 lbs 7 kg] 2 x 18 lbs [8 kg] 2 x 25 lbs [11.5 kg] We will perform this upper body workout in the following format: we will perform each exercise for 30 seconds and then take a 10 second break before moving onto the next exercise. Each circuit consists of 3 exercises targeting the same/similar muscles. We will take a 30 second break after each circuit. As always, the timer is just a suggestion - please feel free to pause this workout and take your time. For all standing upper body exercises, I would recommend a slight bend in the knees for balance and stability. Please make sure you warm up first!
