Adapting surfski remount technique for an inflatable kayak

I started practicing self-rescue with my Itiwit x500 inflatable kayak. I spent the whole afternoon, first trying in shallows, then going to neck-deep water so that I can float. I chose to learn surfski remount technique as these paddlers are experts in it - they tend to fall out (sometimes) unexpectedly so they need to know the best and most efficient way to get back in their boats. What I'm showing here is one of my first attempts on doing it at all so it's far from perfect. However, that's what learning is all about - you fail so many times until you get it right. I managed to get back into my kayak a few times but only this one time I caught it on camera. I hope this inspires others to try this method or at least search YouTube for more information on it and correct presentation. Thanks for peeking in and take care. Let's go paddling!
