Improve your surfing whilst on land. This workout focusses on thoracic mobility, rotation, spinal articulation, balance, and even gets the smaller stabiliser muscles that most of us seem to forget about - but are crucial to surfers. This is a pilates styled workout - focusing on controlled form rather than getting in a lot of quick reps. It's my first video, its not perfect, and I'm still very much NEW to teaching workouts/pilates - so hopefully these types of videos only improve with time. IMPORTANT NOTE - If you are pregnant, or have conditions such as, but not limited to, spondylolisthesis, stenosis, osteoporosis, or are early post partum, some of these exercises may not be suitable. Please get the consent from your trusted doctor/physician/ physiotherapist. If any movement feels painful, please refrain from doing it, and join in when your body feels comfortable again.
