My first week in Bali (third time in Bali) was devoted to get grounded and my healing journey, and coming to the Yoga Barn was the best choice ever! I found myself doing a lot of meditations and different kinds of yoga classes… And that's what I love at the Yoga Barn - the verity of options and it's great for exploring all kinds of techniques, suits all levels and welcome everyone. I've explored: Breath-work, Ecstatic dance, Vinyasa, Hata yoga, Kundalini yoga, Kirtan, Watsu water journey, Fly High yoga, Reiki, Yin yoga, Sound healing, Massages, Infra-red sauna... and so much more!! All of those practices supported my healing in all dimensions! Every day I learned to release more and more control and just surrender the present moment. Release the "do do" And simply "be be be be". Listen to body, heart, be in full presence. Each session of therapy or a yoga class and meditation cleanses and purifies my body and soul. So grateful for the Yoga Barn family, everyone - I LOVE YOU! Thank you for everything. I will definitely come back to stay at your sanctuary more!
