Fishing: Barents Sea: Trawling Tutorial

There are a number of good videos out there of people trawling in FBS, but with the lack of a proper tutorial, I still found myself trying to learn through trial and error. Hopefully this tutorial will save you some of the headache and frustration I went through! Note that there are other functions that measure things like water temperature, water flow, door angle, etc, etc. While I can generally figure out what those displays mean, I haven't got any earthly idea of how to apply them to getting fish into the net.
