Dr. Earle: Pure Plastic Surgery The Miami Makeover Procedure is essentially a combination of two procedures. One is a breast augmentation, or breast lift with implant, combined with liposuction. Liposuction can be Lipo 180, which is lipo of the anterior trunk, abdomen and flanks, or it can be Lipo 360, which is liposuction of the entire trunk. Also, we can add to that what we call HD or high-def lipo. When we do high-def lipo, we're able to mark out or define the musculature of the abdominal wall, which is your rectus muscles and your obliques for a much more athletic look.
