Turkey Tenderloin in the Instant Pot

This is a savory dish that is a great foundation for a meal. Add a couple of side dishes and you have a complete meal. And, the leftovers are great, too. Ingredients 1 turkey tenderloin, 2 boneless turkey breasts, or 2 large chicken breasts 2 teaspoons of Italian Seasoning 1 teaspoon of kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 cup of water Directions Combine the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Dry both sides of the turkey tenderloin with a paper towel. Coat both sides with the olive oil. Sprinkle the seasoning mix on both sides of the turkey. Add a cup of water and a trivet to a 3 or 6 quart Instant Pot. Place the turkey on the trivet in the Instant Pot. Lock the lid and set the timer for 10 minutes at high pressure. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes after the Instant Pot completes the pressure cooking time. Release the pressure valve carefully to release any residual steam. Remove the lid and carefully remove the turkey to a cutting board. Slice and serve. Be sure to refrigrate the remaining turkey in a sealed container.
