Easy Cooker Mutton Curry | Sunday Special Mutton Curry | Mutton Gravy | Mutton Masala Curry | Mutton Curry With Meat Masala | Mutton Curry Recipe | How To Make Mutton Curry | Spice Eats Mutton Curry Ingredients for Mutton Curry Recipe: (Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon ) - Mutton - 500 gms (curry cut with bones) - Potatoes, 3-4 medium- 250 gms, halved Tempering: - Green Cardamom-4 - Cloves-4 - Black Cardamom-2 - Cinnamon-1 - Bay leaf-2 - Fennel Seeds-1 tsp Spice Powders: - Turmeric powder- 3/4 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp - Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1 tsp - Coriander Powder- 1 tsp - Salt- 1 tsp - Meat Masala- 2 tsp (readymade) - Kasuri Methi- 1 tsp (roasted and powdered) Other Ingredients: - Onions, chopped- 2 large (200 gms) - Ginger garlic paste- 2.5 tsp - Red Tomatoes, sliced- 5 small (250 gms) - Green Chillies, slit- 2 - Oil- 4 tbsp Preparation: - Peel the potatoes and cut into halves. - Slit the green chillies and slice the tomatoes. - Also for the Kasuri Methi, dry roast it on low heat for a minute and allow it to cool. Now crush it into a coarse powder for use later. Process: - Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add the whole spices and fennel seeds. Give a stir and then add the chopped onions and the slit green chillies. - Fry on medium heat for 8-9 mins till light brown in colour and then add the ginger garlic paste. - Fry on low heat for around 2 mins. - Now add the mutton pieces and mix well. - Next add the salt and all the spice powders other than Kasuri Methi. - Add a splash of water, mix and sear on medium heat for 6-8 mins till the mutton pieces are little fried and coated with the masala. - Now add the sliced tomatoes, the roasted & powdered kasuri methi and a pinch of salt. Give a mix and cook on medium heat for 5-6 mins till the tomatoes are soft and pulpy. - Now add the halved potatoes, mix and fry on medium heat for around 2 mins. - Now add 300 ml water, give a mix and pressure cook for 3 whistles. - Allow the pressure to release and then remove the lid. - Simmer on low heat for 1-2 mins and then serve with rice or roti. #muttoncurry #pressurecookermuttoncurry #muttongravy #muttoncurryrecipe #muttonmasala #spiceeatsrecipes #spiceeats #spiceeatsmutton
