Only try after your warranty have expired, otherwise any tampering might void it. When the U11 error appear or the washing machine is not able to drain water. First, check the valve rubber does it move along with the drain motor (Open up the back cover to check). If it is the same issue then you can follow this guide or if it is the drain motor(not moving) you can also replace that part. I am not trained in handyman.
