This is a warning for everyone who is considering to buy an ebike from Eahora. We tested this bike for a distributor who was about to purchase these bikes to resell in their stores. the distributer has since decided not to purchase these bikes due to the following issues: 1- The bike was defective right out of the box (front motor not working, broken rear fender, paint issues etc) 2- the bike accelerates itself at times 3- eahora's customer service is worse then Kim Jong Un. (they do not care about customer service at all) Eahora definitely rushed to market with these bikes- the bikes dont even come with instructions on how to assemble them, nor do they come with a user manual. We have waited almost 2 weeks before posting this video to give Eahora a chance to make this right- they decided to only hide behind excuses and not provide proper customer service.
