In this video we drove to Derwent Reservoir in the Peak District to chase crazy rock formations on top of Derwent Edge! These rock formations have interesting names such as The Cakes of Bread, The Coach and Horses (Wheelstones) and The Salt Cellar! We also dive into the rich history of the reservoirs in the Upper Derwent Valley as they were used as the training site for the Dambusters raids to Germany during WW2 and were the filming location for the subsequent film Dambusters (1955) depicting the events.
