Chicken Curry

Simple Chicken Curry Here i have taken half kilo chicken, for half kilo chicken ingredients are:- Onion, roughly chopped - 2 Medium size Garlic blub-2 Ginger-1/2 Jeera-1/2 tsp Green chilies-6 Tomatoes -1 Medium size Tumeric powder - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Black pepper-5 Cloves-5 Bay leaf-5 Everest garam masala 1/2 tsp Everest chicken masala (small packet) Salt- As per taste Refined oil -4-5 tsp Preparation Clean and wash the chicken pieces andkeep it drain Roughly chopped onion and green chillies. Peel ginger and garlic. Process:- Heat oil in a Pan orkadai and addthe chopped onion and green chillies Put 1/2 tsp jeera and some garlic cloves Fry in high heat for 5 min and 5 min in medium heat till brown in colour. Our masala is ready, take these masala out from the kadai and put it in jar, cut tomatoes and ginger in small pieces. Make fine paste. Now put some more oil in kadai and add the chicken to it and fry on high heat for 5-10 minutes for few minute till colour changes. Now keep it in low heat and add 1tsp turmeric. Now put some bay leaf and black pepper to it, mix it properly. Now mix it properly and cover it for few minutes in medium heat. Now open and check that chicken and tumeric are cooked properly. Now put the masala paste in kadai which we prepared and mix it properly and keep it for 10 minutes in high heat and then 15-20 minutes un low heat. Put salt as per taste. Put Everest garam masala 1/2 tsp. Then put red chilli powder 1/2 tsp for colour. After some time put small packet of Everest chicken masala and over it for few minutes After 5 minutes check if masala is cooked properly and off the gas. In laste put some coriander leaves.
