I had someone complained to me about how they weren't able to talk to people and make friends when they went to maimai, so this video is for them. I usually find it easy to converse with people within maimai, but I understand if people feel like this since most players act like NPCs, so it doesn't make it easier to socialise. Another big complaint is money, since it's like more than 3 dollars for a game, so it becomes a money sink. I feel like it's easy to maintain, it's just about controlling how much you play and worrying about other financial factors first, then you can waste your savings in the arcade. Think about spending money at the arcade is comparable to spending money to go out or to play a sport. Then it doesn't sound abnormal :)
