Beef Tips with mushrooms and onions recipe. I am cooking these in a cast iron skillet. Check out the spices and seasonings I like to use. This is a relatively Keto Friendly Diet Recipe. There are a few carb in the mushrooms and onions, but if you do the math it's a pretty good meal! I made these using a couple shoulder steaks, onions and bella mushrooms. I cooked everything in olive oil, butter and seasoning. When cooking the steak, I cooked on med/high heat with garnishes of fresh rosemary and thyme. I used sirloin here, but you can also use a strip or ribeye steak for a little more tender beef.
