This is a Death Valley day trip guide I compiled. The national park is only about 2h from Las Vegas by car. Death Valley is home to beautiful landscapes and extreme temperatures (especially during the summer months). Thankfully, I visited in January this year during my vacation in Las Vegas. An important note is that there is no cell phone reception throughout most of the valley - so be prepared! Furthermore, be sure to gas up in Pahrump one last time before embarking on the tour.
