Supply vs. Demand Supply is still low because buyers need homes! There is still a NEED for places to live. There always will be. If you're priced and marketed correctly as a seller you'll get great value. However, that doesn't mean Buyers aren't being picky. With interest rates being what they are Buyers are being more cautious about what they're willing to spend. That's why pricing matters! Remember, it's all about that monthly payment. Now if you're someone who's sitting on the fence and you're not sure what to do. Here's my advice to you: No one is predicting interest rates dropping back down to 3%. Even if that was to happen that's actually going to make things even harder for you. It will drive even more buyers back into the market place and will cause home values to increase DRAMATICALLY. Hello 80-100k over asking. 🤯🤯🤯 That means that monthly payment is only going to go up high anyway. Waiting will cost you and cost you big. My advice: marry the house and date the rate.
