Give this bakra eid special handi kabab recipe a try and share your feedback with us. #HandiRecipe #HandiKabab #Kabab Beef handi kabab recipe: Ingredients for kabab Beef mince 700g Green chilies 3-4 Red chili flakes 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp Salt to taste Red chili powder 1 tbsp Gram flour (roasted) 1/2 cup Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup Mint leaves 1/4 cup Coriander fresh 1/2 cup Ingredients for gravy: Oil 2 tbsp Onion (chopped) 1 cup Tomatoes 2 cups Yogurt 1/2 cup Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tbsp Turmeric 1 tsp Salt to taste Coriander powder 1 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp Green chilies 2 Coriander fresh for garnish Ginger for garnish Directions for kabab: In a chopper add mince, green chilies, red chili flakes, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, red chili powder, gram flour, onion, coriander and mint. Chop until all ingredients are well combined. Marinate for 25 to 30 minutes. Your kabab mince is ready. Take steel skewers and thread mince on them. Cook these kababs on BBQ grill until 80% cooked. Set aside. Directions for gravy: Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, onion and cook until translucent for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, tomato puree and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and mix well. Lastly add yogurt, mix well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until water dries out. Add prepared kabab, cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Your dish is ready. Garnish your handi with green coriander, chilies, ginger and serve. Preparation time: 10-15 minutes Cooking time: 35-40 minutes Serving: 3-4
