Do you have an anterior pelvic tilt? How do you modify your Ashtanga Yoga to help correct it, rather than make it worse? An anterior pelvic tilt can be a result of an injury that leads to muscle imbalance between the front and back of the body. My anterior pelvic tilt was a result of a herniated disc - all of the muscles around the injury in my back tensed up, causing an imbalance between my lower back muscles and my abs.
