This is the video that won the poll, so here it is almost two months early! Yes, that’s how long my upload backlog is. Here we have an older Jet Towel Slim, which I performed a bit of maintenance on. I'm not the first person to perform maintenance on one of these, however I am the first person to do so in safe manner, by taking precautions like turning the dryer off, and watching videos on Mitsubishi's channel beforehand to ensure I didn’t screw anything up. I also properly rinsed the water tray out. I couldn't work out how to remove the air filters whilst preparing to film this, however it turned out I was pulling in the wrong place. I'II do maintenance again on another Mitsubishi at some point because of this. The water tank consisted mostly of D10, which I guess is a sign that they clean the drying space properly, however the panel covering the run into the tank was very hard to remove, indicating that it hadn’t been removed for ages. If they’re going to go into the effort of properly cleaning the drying space, they should at least the run and tank. The fire alarm briefly went off whilst I was in this store, but as soon as I got my phone out to record, it typically stopped. I’ve never been evacuated from a public building before, however it’s something that I’d very much like to happen to me. Something I noticed when watching the video back is that the dryer sounded a lot like a Dyson when I was drying the water tray. Realistically, I should’ve used toilet paper to dry it, however that didn’t cross my mind when I was filming. I didn’t get it on camera as I only noticed after, but there were marks on the wall where there used to be a paper towel dispenser, meaning it had been removed. I’m guessing they either stopped buying towels to save money, or they were going down the toilet, causing blockages and toilet closures. Either way, it was a great decision, because I often see full bins in M&S disabled toilets, mean that people often towels instead of the dryers. This was is first M&S I’ve seen with a concealed toilet cistern in the disabled. Annoying, my phone decided it didn’t want to focus for the majority of this video. Model Number: Not fully readable. The decibel readings are not scientific or 100% accurate, they're simply to give you an idea of how loud the dryer is whilst using it.
