Here are the bells and whistles: -Futon sofa pulls out to a comfy full-sized bed -Off-grid sink system with portable water tank -Outdoor pop-up heated shower system (hose required)(not shown in video) -Porta-potty system -Faux marble countertops -LED battery-operated push lighting system -Plenty of storage space -Comes with mini fridge (electric hookup required) -Comes with dish set, bedding and linen set, artwork, and much more Here are the need-to-knows on the vehicle: -Engine - Diesel fuel, great condition! -Driver’s License - No special driver’s license required! -Registration - categorized as an “RV” and paid up date as of September 2018 ($93/yr) -Mileage - Roughly 209,000 miles -Tires - practically new -Runs great / easy to drive! Reason for selling: I originally bought it to rent out on AirBnB (still a great side-hustle idea!) but in reality, I travel too much to maintain it. Portion of the sale will be donated to Habitat For Humanity Riverside, as they help create decent and affordable housing for low income families and individuals in my hometown. I found this “tiny home” project to be an appropriate occasion to give back to my community.
