First order of business once out of lockdown was to hit the trails on my 2021 Yamaha WR250F, as was true for Kynan on his new Husqvarna TE250i. Sit back and enjoy some 2 stroke vs. 4 stroke duelling as we shake off the rust on what are without a doubt, some of the most punishing trails to bad riding technique I’ve ever ridden! You have to remain laser focused or else you might just find yourself getting all too familiar with one of those trees… Name of the game is momentum, the faster you ride here, the better everything works provided you’re letting the machine move around underneath you and not fighting it every step of the way. Mine and Kynan’s riding in this video still leaves a lot to be desired, but a few more hours spent in here and we’ll be getting along good!
