Intrauterine Fetal Death | Stillbirth |Normal Pregnancy This pregnant woman complains of Complain of gray color discharge last 10 days 1. The uterus is Gravid. There is single pregnancy, (Vertex at this moment) 2. Fetal Biometry:- BPD = 27.0mm FL = 11.0mm Estimated Gestational Age = 14 wks. 5 days (approx) 3. Fetal Anatomy : Fetal movement: No Fetal Movements is noted and observed over more than 10 minutes. Overlapping of skull bones (Spalding sign)-Positive Crowding of fetal parts Fetal Heart: No Fetal Cardiac pulsation is noted and M mode and pulse doppler tracing shows straight line. Abdomen: Stomach, urinary bladder are not detected. Skeleton: the fetal spine and four extremities are visualized but movements are absence and observed over more than 10 minutes. Liquor amount is adequate for this gestational age. Placenta- is posterior away from the os. Grade –1 maturity.
